"Wonderdag" are days of wonder and of wonders... The word came from mixing up "woensdag" en "donderdag" (Wednesday and Thursday) , which my husband's cousin did when learning the days of the week in Dutch.
He was there when our daughter was born, and that was the first day we called Wonderdag. Many other wonderful days and moments followed, and I would like to remember and share some of these here.

green morning
This morning I went out jogging in the park and up to the road crossing. No traffic to be heard or seen, but green light anyway. How nice a start of the day is that?!
